Conducted personally by LuLaoshi, an ex-MOE teacher, ex-PSLE marker & internal setter.
1) Open-ended Chinese Comprehension Clinic (P4 to P6)
Students will be:
- given step by step guide to attempt comprehension in exams;
- trained to read the passage and use location techniques for answers;
- trained to decipher the passage and decide answers independently;
- taught to identify question key points;
- taught to present answer by exam standards;
- learn PSLE marking critieria;
- made to complete 1 set of Open-ended Comprehension (Questions 33-40) with corrections; (Higher ability students will be given extra practice if time permits)
- made to apply techniques taught for corrections (trainer does not 'provide' answer for students to copy).

2) MCQ Chinese Comprehension Clinic (P4 to P6)
Multiple Choice Questions constitute > 70% of the Main Paper. A student can achieve 'A' by stabilising MCQ even with a low pass for Open-Ended questions. MCQ Compre is a must-score component. We aim to firm up this portion so students scores 34 marks. With the right techniques, weak/busy students who seldom revise can still score in this section. We provide guided practice and reinforcement of techniques to help your child develop correct reading and answering habits. Technique instructions will be given; parents need to ensure that the student applies the same steps when doing comprehension.
This is a practice drill designed to expose and train students for exam application on Qn 16 – 32 (2019-2021 PSLE Normal Chinese format).

3) Oral Exam Prep Course (for P4 & P5)
This Oral exam prep Course is based on 2019-2020 Oral Exam Format (Reading and Video Conversation) for Normal and Higher Chinese students. It is only opened to Public students & Current students may not apply.
This is a 2-session course – 2 hours per session.
Session 1
· Oral Exam procedure & etiquette briefing
· Simulated Mock Oral (holding room, Prep room, standard PSLE timing)
· Grading by PSLE Oral examiner Lu Laoshi
· Revision of Video Commentary Phrases.
· Detailed grading rubric and breakdown of marks are issued.

· Go through Model Answer.
· Individual feedback and re-test to upgrade performance.

4) Intensive P6A/B Revision Course (for P6)
Specially designed to help 2019 PSLE students revise Pri 6 curriculum, this course is also suitable for students lacking understanding of 2019 Pr 6 words.
Course includes:
A. Full revision of syllabus words in Normal Chinese 2019 Pri 6A/B Chpt 1-10 (excluding Higher Chinese words)
B. Targeted Paper 2 exam-scoring techniques for Qn 1-15 语文应用, Qn 16-20 短文填空 Cloze Passage.
C. PowerPoint handouts for attendees.
You may choose any of the following sessions to complete 3 lessons.

1. Full and immediate payment upon registration. Fees are non-refundable. Payments are fully refunded for unconducted lesson. Complete registration and Full payment before 30 August 2019 (Fri). Registration on first-come-first serve basis.
2. Confirmation of commencement latest by 2 September 2019 (Mon). Minimum 3 to start, maximum 5 (for Program 1-3)/8 (for Program 4).
